I've been reading alot on the forums that VPN is bad even if its a Dedicated IP. I understand that ebay recognizes major vpns providers and blocks them but wb other small providers. Someone care to explain whats so bad about using a dedicated VPN and its difference from vps? thanks

The PTP one. I have like a bundle plan because I use 4 different VPNs with them. One for each account.
I think they range from like $7 to $15 and you can do some add ons for like $2 a month. Obviously the more pricier the plan the more locations you can choose for the IP. Strong VPN seems to have more west coast especially California IPs available so when I make my stealth accounts I use set them up for a location in that area.

Not sure about Users outside the United States. But I have never had problems with VPN as long as my eBay address was somewhat close to the VPN IP. I mean within a state or so. 4 years plus no problems. Knock on Wood.
hidemyass .com here is another one. I was told it works fine too and easy to use. I don't use vpn myself though.
I actually use this service. They allow me to change ip's on a schedule or not at all. I can choose from 1000's of locations around the world in most major locations. This allows me to set a specific ip in a specific location, with most locations having multiple ip's to choose from. But that's just MHO.
