regarding ip addresses-

i have not been able to change my ip- but! i am going to unplug over night and try that, as i've not yet done it. i did figure out that i plug my computer into the router, verses wireless, its a different ip, but its the same ip on both user accounts..... and i needed those to be different, i log into my stealth paypal account on the other user... log into my old paypal which is connected to my website on my user... but both have the same ip!

IF both PayPal accounts sharing the same IP so they are linked, anyways PayPal allow 1 personal and 1 business account, you need check if your ISP giving you static or dynamic IP
