IP problems please help

i just got a new ebay account from one of the sellers on the forum
but heres my question i know how to change ips but the seller told i should change my ip to match the ip that the account was open in
how do i do that please help!!
if i cant do that whats my other options thanks guys!!

Well, depends on the country it was opened, there are VPS's out there, VPN's (not the best option) other members will post better answers, good luck.

the account was opened in 80126 co i live in new york ..

Kubbedout the seller does not mean the exact IP the account was created on but rather the IP must originate from the same city.

Find a VPS if you can by using search engines or get a VPN but do not use common companies as you do not want to risk your account.

Found One for you but Contact their support and ask them where their servers or IP are.
