The problem with you two is you think it is some big conspiracy and you read a lot of these wireless blogs that try to stir stuff up while feeding you their opinion rather than fact. I get to see behind the curtain and read official documents, that is how I know this to be true.

If you think it's a conspiracy, why do some carriers offer unlimited data?

I'll let you figure that out for yourself. What do all those carriers have in common? There is one carrier that is the exception to the rule (there is a less obvious reason why they can offer unlimited data) but you should still not have any problems figuring it out since you are an expert.
