I haven't used AOL recently, but 5 years ago, AOL wasn't really an ISP but another service built on top of your existing internet connection. I had a different IP address while logged onto AOL and was able to create stealth accounts with no issues. However, AOL's client (at the time) was built right atop Internet Explorer, so I had to constantly clear out my cookies just to be safe.

Anyone know what the current situation is with AOL?
