iphone ip adders wont change.....

its been changing fine for the last 3 weeks and now im stuck and it wont switch ....i put phone off and on and use airplane mode its not working......i use an iphone 4s .....any tips thanks.....

Are you sure that you are turning it off properly? Should always switch.

t mobile..... and yes i was doing it rite ....it was working for a few weeks now it keeps picing the same ip

T-mobile has been mentioned as having a restricted amount of IPs. They could recyle,

You appear to be saying it is the same IP, regardless of what you do?
