hey, i was just searching for ip changer on my android phone and found this app. I opened it and it did worked and changed my ip address for my phone and my wifi tethering. But my question is i am about to buy the stealth account.... so is the app trust-able.....

Can't you change your IP on your Android phone without an app? I would assume it's possible on most smartphones.

Ok, and you have Googled your phone and how to change IP's?
If the app works then test it out for a while and see what happens.

turning airplane mode on and off usually does the trick

But it will not change the ip address I have a T-Mobile galaxy s3 and it won't let me change my ip address when I switch it on and off and VPN onky gives me one unique ip address
Any other way to get unique ip addresses by wifi tethering

i'm on t-mobile and it works for me. Make sure you are not connected to a wifi

yea i have checked that i have unlimited 4G nationwide data type.

How long are you leaving it off? This actually makes a difference. Cycling on and off immediately can easily pull back the same IP on some networks as it takes longer than you would think to release it.

i have t-mobile too. and sometime it changes ip sometime does not. i tested it by restarting my phone.
