However , if its a used one you would need to change the IP by going to the default IP address. Such as 192.168.1.1 , depending on which brand you purchased.
Afterwords you would need to change 1 letter of the MAC address. Wait a few seconds to a reboot & unplug your modem. Then that's pretty much it! All what is needed is to keep track of your IP. By writing it down on your notepad as to which is which for each eBay user ID & again this is if you do purchased a used router. If your account gets suspended or limited. Do the same process & you will get a fresh IP. |
