Purchase a cheap router on eBay such as a linksys , netgear , Belkin etc. If uou perhaps purchase a new router there is no need to change the IP. However , if its a used one you would need to change the IP by going to the default IP address. Such as 192.168.1.1 , depending on which brand you purchased.
Afterwords you would need to change 1 letter of the MAC address. Wait a few seconds to a reboot & unplug your modem. Then that's pretty much it! All what is needed is to keep track of your IP. By writing it down on your notepad as to which is which for each eBay user ID & again this is if you do purchased a used router. If your account gets suspended or limited. Do the same process & you will get a Fresh IP.
So to clear this up, let's say you're on Verizon Cable DSL -- paying $40.00 per month -- it will provide a new unique IP for a Stealth Account if you connect through a newly purchased router/modem (bought at Radioshack, or the like store)? What about if you buy several new router (or modem & router combined device), then each one will give a new unique IP to use?
If your on DSL....most likely the minute you reset the Modem....it should give you a new IP address. I can only speak about ATT but I have never used Verizon.
You dont need to purchase anything - if the Verizon is DYNAMIC IP - you just turn off the modem you are using to access the Net...then power back on, and you will new IP.
You cant have multiple IPs going AT THE SAME TIME unless you have more than one live connection to the Net and different providers.
