i just read ebay stealth guide if i tethering an ip with an iphone and have different IP addresses every time I tether my phone with my computer COOL understand that part , but i read on another step that for an good succesfuly rate need to leave 30 DAYS fresh account created and post with the same ip address that part i don't understand how come i post with the same ip that i create both user (paypal & ebay) if tethering i get another ip when i off my iphone

If the IP is recognised as dynamic, that is can & does change, then a different one is no issue. Have your user account & cookies etc.... should be fine

i don't understand Tethering have dynamic ip address if not and his static in this case is useless also for united kindom what is the best network ? wait another member's opinion

Logging on with a different ip every time is fine as long as the ip has not been used before on another account.
Record your ips every time before you log onto ebay to make sure it has not been used before.

You will always get a brand new ip for your, ips are never reused, with my phone since i live in upstate new york, i get ips in connecticut, massachusets, and ny, idk maybe thats where verizons hub are no clue
