Cheap VPS

VPS and cheap are rarely good mates.

With 'cheap' odds are high of paypal/ebay being aware of them/ The risk is these may be burned by bad users

Ya I have Google'd VPS and most sites i go into are dead and i get no reply, I am looking for a US VPS.

Vmware is just for running virtual machines - kinda like having multiple computers inside your computer. Would be interested in VPS myself though, has anyone had good/bad experiences? Main thing is basically getting VPS where the IPs have not been abused by other users of ebay/paypal.

The common VPS server providers may just have their entire range of IPs blacklisted by ebay/paypal, this is the problem.

This is the issue. 'Common' VPS are known to paypal/ebay.

With the way paypal changes its game, there is a risk of using them there.

Of course, if you are not UK based, then there are other options.

Someone in an early thread explained that when you google this term go for page 15+ on google and try from there...hah less common ones possible to find that way

Ya I would like to know this also, is there a way you can find out blacklisted sites and that instead of wasting money on a VPS and losing my accounts also.

It's only for thoose with 50.000 posts on the forum ( kidding )
If there is a list i would love to see it but common sense is even better.
The cheapest vps services are the most popular = known by Ebay .
If i Google vps service i would choose the provider on page 200 cause it's Fairly uknown and then i would use common sense again to gather information if the vps service is reliable enough to choose.



But hey, sometimes it's best to learn through past mistakes.
