IP change needed to sell again

Hello guys,
I had my account suspended a while ago. Now i am trying to create a new one in order for me to become a seller.
I am from Cyprus and i have Cable connection. I tried to do change my ip but i was not successful. Do you know any way that i can either change my Ip address or somehow mask it???
If i can mask it i want a free provider.
Can you pls help me????

Free providers never work. Unless you sort out changing the IP your next step is to pay for a reliable service.

This will help you operate and not be detected by ebay/paypal.

These free providers have had that many sellers 'burn' the IPs.

Usually a cable based IP in Cyprus is static. That does mean it may never be changed.
Have you considered a dongle?

Mariocy do you have access to a smartphone like iphone or something like that? You can use it as an IP provider and tie your computer to it

No i do not have iphone. Besides i am using a desktop not a laptop

Tethering works on PC, Laptops etc.

What we call a Dongle is basically a USB Internet Adapter which you use for Internet.

you can disable the connection in network settings or, to be ultra safe, remove your ethernet cable (if you're using one)
