CLEAR stick Atlas as a dongle

Does anyone have experience using the 4g CLEAR usb Atlas Stick with the CLEAR Router? I've noticed that the MAC address is lock on the router. My question is, will the usb Atlas Stick work in changing the IP address?

No, Clear wireless does not change the IP address with the USB 4g dongle. I have use it but not for ebay, just for fast(er) internet speed.
