Mi fi gadget or dongle ip range sim or dongle?

I have been looking at mi fi gadgets.

can these be used for stealth
are they better?

I also wanted to know which dongle has the biggest ip range?


Is the ip addresses from the sim card or the dongle?


Which bit is dynamic the dongle or sim card?

Its the Sim card that gives the IP address not the dongle.

All the pay and go 3G providers in the UK supply dynamic IP address, some have bigger ranges than others. I personally like the three network.

I would only get a Mi Fi dongle if you had to, a USB dongle is cheaper and doesn't need charging up
