3 dongle help

Ive already looked through the dongle and IP address threads but couldnt find my answer,
my questions is...

I know a dongle constantly changes my IP address, but that IP address that i then have, does it change my location? or does the location stay the same.
And does the location show my exact post code etc?

no the location will sometimes change with a dongle - you will be in the uk though - ive never been further then 50-60 miles away with a dongle.

IP address is not your location but your ISP's server location.
