Are you wanting to get a US IP address? If so you have no need of VPN and VPS's. Dongle may be your best option if you cannot get the IP address to change.

That's the one :thumb:

Mainly for stealth, we do try to suggest picking a dynamic IP from the ISP provider.

If you have a cellphone, can consider tethering it for the IP use - also covered in some posts in detail in the forum

Dongle = mobile broadband USB modem

In the UK I have never come across a static dongle. May be different in the US though.
