Changing My MODEMS IP Address. PLEASE HELP!

I tried all day to change my modems IP address.
My ISP is Time Warner Cable

Everyone i spoke to told me that the IP address is dynamic and it changes every once in a while. Ive been monitoring my IP address thru whatismyip.com and it has been the same for about 2 weeks now

So if anyone knows how to REALLY change my Modems IP address please help me out and let me know

I already changed my local IP address thru my router but im pretty sure ebay monitors your modems IP address so i need to change that in order to get back on ebay

If u clone ur ip through your router then thats all u need to do u dont need to change your modems ip belive me ebay cant see it they only see the one from the router

OOO I didn't even look at that, thanks TGMT. Well my experience is, just change the mac address in your routers configuration when you login to the router. Not hard. Just change the last letter or number and that should work. What brand do you have ba61590?

I changed my MAC address and my IP address did change. THANKS ALOTTTTT GUYS

But in the future if i want to make a new ebay account, and i clone my mac address again, will my old IP address come back or it makes a new IP address everytime?

It should be a different IP every time. You may get the same one once or twice possibly so keep a log on which ones have been used.
