IP'S & Excel -find and select
 

Hi hoping someone can help. Keeping a track of all my ip's on excel and use the find and select button and i copy and paste the ip into excel. the spreadsheet automatically looks to see if that has been used before in my spreadsheet.
To cut to the chase, the first three sets numbers were the same but last 2 were different but excel still highlighted it?
Do all the 4 sets of numbers have to be different.
As i said excel highlighted it as the first three were the same as a previous ip i had used.
any advice

As long as 1 digit is different then it's ok.

It is OK to have the first three sets of numbers the same. The last digit(s) must differ.

However if you are running more than one stealth account I would consider using a dongle to ensure you appear really different.

sorry the ips come in sets of 4 numbers. just to clarify is it ok to use the ip if the last set numbers is different? just wondering as this was the case but excel still highlighted it. i did by the way turn router off to obtain another ip as didnt want to risk it.
say for instance : 92.23.243.37
and then another ip is : 92.23.243.18
is this going to be ok to use?
