what VPS should i use?

Unfortunately he cant recommend any VPS provider. Has someone a recommendation?

If you live outside the US, you should use a VPS to change your IP, but NOT a VPN. VPNs are monitored by paypal and will lead to your account being limited.
Is it true???

VPS is generally better - you need to research a service that isnt so abused by other people....VPS would give you your own Dedicated IP

Definitely use it with a Portable browser version in order the cookies and flash cookies to NOT be shared. If you're goin' to use a dedicated/private VPN (found by Google search results page 100-150+) and/or a private Proxy (again 150+ or from private market forums offers, less known).

You were given advice by a Verified/Approved seller on this forum to use a VPN? If so then you need to ask the seller which service you should use.

Also, There are More options such as the following:
1. Phone Tethering
2. Dialup
3. Mifi/USB Dongles

Any of these 3 will work just fine.

If it's found by result 1450 or something like that, then go on.

Btw not to mention that these days all sellers must provide with the accs also directly the Portable versions (whole folder RARed) of the browser they used to make: the account (PP/eB), cookies, flash cookies, browsing history. In order to be as secure as possible.

So far they're giving away only acc and giving the IP they've used (or telling which region to use for IP to buy from elsewhere) - without cookies, without nothing. This need to change.
