Hello! Question for you experts
 

Hi! I was kicked from eBay like all of you. I was a Top Rated Seller for months, then all the sudden, 3 ratings (DSR's) BOOM I was indefinitely restricted. I appealed 4 times, to no avail.

Anyways I'm 99% done with creating my stealth account, but I'm stuck at the IP address. I tried cmd, I tried editing the MAC address to change the IP (not alterable) and I talked with a Cableone expert. They said that it was a dynamic IP and that I couldnt changew it manually.

HELP! I have an ARRISS Router/Modem.

Dynamic means u can change it.

Simple solution to your problem is get a dongle.

Who is your cell phone provider and what phone do you have?...I tether from my iphone so I can go anywhere any time....it's as good as I can imagine! IP can be changed in 15 seconds.

I have another question for the experts. For some stupid reason, my IP finally changed involuntarily, not by my doing by itself. A good stupid, dont get me wrong. I was ignorant of the fact that ther IP was new and since then I've logged into my suspended account. Its just banned from selling, I just used it to buy a Macbook. If I create a new account under this IP, will ebay link me and kick me? Everything else is green to go! This is the one thing left...thanks!

if it is dynamic turn that baby off for first 10 minutes and see if it changes than do 1 hour and see if it changes if it dont than do 8 hours well you are sleeping and see if it changes at some point it should grab a new IP

Well I tried that, dis connected it for 2 hours and the IP was the same. Should it be safe if I use this IP I have now even though i logged into my suspended account?

NO do not use an ip that has been used with a banned or limited account EVER

Isn't this just creating a personal hotspot? My iPhone 5S came with the free hotspot feature so all I'd need to do is connect to my hotspot on another device and I'm good to go IP wise?

Make sure that iphone does not have the ebay app

And do not use that app EVER
