Different IP when resetting router

Hi Guys, I have two account on my computer, one has a banned ebay account and the other one is a stealth account. Now the problem is that when I login the new account and change the MAC address (i always put the same numbers)and reset the router the IP is always different. If I buy a router in which I only use it for my stealth account will that help the IP remain the same?

thanks for any help

Thanks for your quick reply mate, but will ebay suspect something if your ip is always changing? Sorry I'm new at this

No, it is perfectly normal.

Keep the cookies of your browser in place, for each account (do not delete them), and you will be fine.

Really? Because according to the Ebay Stealth book it says that you have to delete the cookies :help:

ebay/paypal understand IPs can be dynamic ( changing) or static ( always the same.)

You need to have your user accounts and cookies in place whenever you sign in to the account.

Why are you touching the banned account though?

You can keep your cookies also in the banned account... will not make any difference... is already banned.

Just curiosity, sorry, what you use it for?

Re: Different IP when resetting router

Simple. The banned account is used for buying stuff (Important stuff I REALLY want to buy) because of the home address. If I make the same home address in my new account ebay will find out for sure.

The new account I have my sisters home address which is near our house so it won't make much difference but the problem is that she is nearly never home so I will buy just a few small items to raise some feedback.

Hi mate, just read your response you left someone regarding IP address changing now here is my confusion..... I have set up a stealth Ebay/Paypal today and already there is probably at most 3 different IP address's attached to it so will this flag??

Some people on here say I need to keep the same IP but how is that possible - we all move about (iphones / ipads / coffee shop internet) should I panic or will I be ok do you think?
Cheers
