IPburger telling me different?

Dear Stealthers,

I recently bought an ZTE dongle from O2 in a PAYG deal.
I got it set up and its running very smoothly and the IP-pool is very large, however when I check IPBurger.COM it shows me that the Country of the IP Adresses are based in the US altough im in the UK.

However if I check the same IP address onto a different website it shows me that the IP is indeed in the UK.

Anyone had the same problem, what should I do? Who should I trust?

P.S: I respect IPBurger is from a reputable member here in Aspkin forums so i'm merely asking and do not want to undermine it any way

After checking multiple IP address website checkers all of them are telling me that I have different IP addresses?

Which one do I trust?
I'm really confused, is this how it's supposed to be???
