Default Verizon Wireless Static Ip

Just came across this so I'm sharing it in case anyone is interested:

Static IP

Interested and willing to spend $500. Might be worth it to some.

I could get a free modem from NetZero or FreedomPop and have a Static IP. Do you enjoy losing as much money as possible and making corporate monopolies even richer?

$500 is a lot of funds to spend. Not needed if you are thinking of multiple accounts either.

You actually could use a dynamic set up for a lot less or as suggested in the post above
set up with static at a much lower cost.

What are you aiming to do stealth wise?

"...so I'm sharing it in case anyone is interested"

@unknown5454: Don't be a dick. I posted it because I came across it and thought that someone may be interested in it. I simply thought I'd take a moment to offer a piece of information to the forum that may be helpful to one of the members here.

I was under the impression that we were not only free to, but encouraged to share information. What may be useless to one person may be invaluable to another.

@Greenbean: thank you for the polite response. I use my home internet setup and a hotspot for my second account. This was just something I stumbled upon. Fortunately it's not something that I need.

@rsot: I agree. I can't imagine their justification for such a price.

There are sellers on this forum that offer a WAY cheaper deal, but you pay monthly. Go with the forum if you want static, you know you can trust us. Your rolling the dice, and that price is crazy high!

You can always go with phone tethering, its super simple to do and can be used for all accounts.

You can buy 129 IP blocks from verizon for less than $300 a month including TV etc.... I use them but moving that stuff to a VPN for a slew of reasons. I feel it is MORE secure, remote access, and less likely to get my IP block blacklisted due to consecutive IPs selling similar items at a super high velocity.

Ok, now it's become blatantly clear to me that people read about 10% of what's actually written and then move on to formulating their response. But that does seem to be how most in-person conversations go. Five seconds in and the person "listening" is now solely concerned with what they're going to say as soon as they can get the other person to shut up.

Maybe my phone is broken or I've suddenly become incapable of reading, but I can't seem to find anywhere in any of my posts that I said anything out how I paid $500 for a Static IP or saying what a great idea it was. Nor did I find anywhere that I said I was considering it and can you please tell me what a moron I am for doing so.

READ WHAT WAS WRITTEN. IT'S VERY SIMPLE.

Again, **** me for trying to offer simple piece of information solely for the sake of offering an idea that may help someone.

I'm going to go blow my brains out.

You posted an idea.

Some posted better ideas much less than $500.

Now you can't handle the discussion/debate/opinions.

You obviously, personally found it to be an interesting offer for whatever reason and you're offended that some people don't agree. It's ok. It's a forum. Get over it.

I find it funny when people ask our suggestions and then get irritated when the forum has a general consensus of opinion.

Theres a reason why we say what we say..

At the end of the day its up to you

I am just astonished. You two obviously aren't even reading what's being written. I never once expressed any interest in it nor did I ever once ask for suggestions or anything even close to it. Please just stop. Please.
