And so I can access my accounts ebay and paypal
What precautions should I follow up?
To avoid linking?

Sure you can do that, you just have to make sure you log all IP changes between Accounts to make sure your not repeating the same IP on multiple accounts.

Not through applications that they do not OWN...whatsapp is not their property as an example
