Can I sell on Instagram?

I wanted to sell my used branded clothing on Instagram as well as Ebay. So my issue is what will happen if Instagram blocks my account, like do I just open a new one??

ALSOOO.. All payments will be done Via PayPal, I was thinking of using my current stealth PayPal I have which is connected to ebay too, will there be any issues?

You can without any issues, only be careful with the descriptions and the name of your page to avoid copyrights and stuff
