Restricted ebay?

So In the past I've had 4 accounts all with same information on Ebay,and Paypal. Just yesterday I received an account restriction on my Ebay because I had 2 cases opened up against me.They're asking for documents to prove that item was delivered when it already was delivered.I also am not in possession of the documents to prove I've even shipped them. The whole thing is entirely ridiculous.

I called eBay to see if I could get the restriction move,and they responded by telling me nothing will be done until the cases are sorted out.

1)What should I do?

2)If I purchase a eBay Stealth account for the future will this prevent me from running into problems like this?

Also I didn't read much of the stealth guide ebook nor was I aware of its existence before I made 4 eBay accounts with my information on it.

When you say you've had 4 with the same information do you mean they all have the same name, address, etc?

Were the items you sold digital goods or an actual item?
