Google spreadsheet vs excel
 

I used to use excel to track my accounts and discovering google spreadsheet last year I switched over. Very convenient and easy to access.

However, do you guys put all the info on their (username, pass, address ) etc.

I'm wondering if few digits for each user/pass in case it gets hacked or something.

Don't really check the gmail access prompt on my phone as i get that all the time.

I don't use spreadsheets for acct management. If I did though, there's no way I'm storing all my stealth account credentials on a Google server somewhere.

If you're going to use Google I recommend you at least leave your passwords out of the spreadsheet. Store those on a flash drive under your mattress.

Both have their purpose, determine what your needs are and choose that fits them

Depends on your preference entirely.

I'd store the passwords somewhere else that's safer (in case you do get hacked). Also put the relevant password for each account inside each user account, so it's there for when you need it.

Just use them both, nothing wrong with multiple sources of data
