Starting multiple ebay accounts

I have a good ebay store however I believe ebay are capping my sales at a limit.
i have done £30k month / £40k month/then £30k and now £25k month.

I am going to start a new ebay store from a different address , after reading the book . however my question is will I need a new LTD company in the UK opening for the second account ?

or will 1 LTD company , 1 VAT number , but multiple addresses cover me from being limited by ebay on sales ?

You'd need a new everything. Having the same company + VAT info on two accounts would make it really easy for eBay to associate your two accounts with each other. Then if there is a silent limit on the first account, the second one would then share it.

What makes you believe ebay are capping your limit?
As long as your selling standard stays above standard then your selling limits only go up
Having the same VAT & company name will be clearly linked upon registration and will most likely ask you to confirm your other account to give you the same selling limit,
