How to migrate Firefox to new VM

Hello guys,

I have a VM (that lives on ESXi) which I used to manage one of my stealth PayPal accounts.
I used Firefox for this (not the portable version) together with a proxy.

I will have to move to another server in a week, so I have to ask:
How can I move the cache & cookies (and all other necessary files) of the installed Firefox, into another PC?
I will run a different kind of virtual machine on the new server, so I can't just move the ESXi virtual disk to another server...

You can try making a portable copy of your Firefox profile.

This article talks about how to make a Firefox portable from scratch using FF's offline installer. I think with some modifications you could adapt it for a preexisting copy of FF.
