Does IP switcher software works for stealth?

I was wondering if this piece of software will allow me go stealth on Amazon and Ebay:
Softmate IPSwitcher is the best utility for multiple network environment.

the link is not working for me right now and its much better to do it manually with your hands then some software i believe.

I don't see how.

It just switches your internet connection from one connection to another. You have to supply the internet connections.

It's pointless.

The only way i see this being useful is if you have a personal wifi device like a mifi hotspot or a phone that can allow you to connect 5 - 8 users dynamic ips. also depends on the cellulars service provider.

The maybe this software can switch between the users and ips. it's just a way to avoid unplugging your connection and refreshing
