Default How do you manage your IP's?

Im currently running 2 stealth accounts right now. All my info is pretty organized and pretty prepared if pp calls. But when it comes to managing the IP's its a different story. I keep them in a word document and the word document scrolls down for ever. And sometimes i forget to add the ip to one word document while the other one has it already. Has anyone found a good way to organize your ip's? Or found a way that if your ip duplicates it tells you somehow?

I use excel. There are many, many functions and formulas in excel to scope out duplicate ip addresses.

You can have a Static IP. Cuts down on the BS. Or use SMAC to change MAC and you will always have the same IP.

Does my iPhone count as a Static IP? In other words do I still have to keep track or will fetching a new ip via airplane mode just get me a new one everytime that I don't have to log?

I too use a Word document. Im sure Excel is better, but the formulas are way more confusing than I'd like.

I simply get my new IP from IPBurger, copy it, open my Word document, hit control + f for the search function, paste in the new IP, and if there is no match, I add it to the end of the list, and move on. Easy-as-can-beasy.

PS... Two IP lists is one list too many, in my opinion.

I'm currently using word document. I keep the list in my public documents folder, then send it to the desktop of each of my stealth accounts via shortcut.
That way I only have to keep one list.

I like the excel idea though.:D

Technology has to many malfunctions, hackers, etc you name it. Its time for everyone to use a pen & pad that you can actually "touch and feel".

I always connected via the tethering feature to my Blackberry or Droid... with each connect (Blackberry) or reboot (Droid) I would have a new IP. It works.

With excel you can sort and separate the IP's so you wont use the same one on different accounts.

Easy to use and effective as well.

Set it up and it will find the IP you do not want to sign in on. :D

I have 18 netgear wireless routers... 98% of the time they pull the same ip.... call me lazy? easier to swap a cable... And i use the old dry erase board and pen to keep track and have a wall to post my ip's/accts and i keep the numbers in order.... takes like 1 min to scan through! Works for me!!

I keep mine in an excell doc. I write down the mac address along with the external IP address that gets issues from road runner that is associated with that mac address. Your internal (192.168.xxx.xxx or 10.0.0.0) address does not matter of course.

I can never get road runner to obtain a new IP.

Are you saying you can get a new IP from road runner without switching out the modem? I have tried everything and nothing changes the IP.

Am also running multiple stealth account, I write all my notes on txt. Even a 3rd grader knew immediately after reading my notes.

I think the best way to manage multiple account, just keep your notes simple, easy to understand so we never lose the plot.
