I recently started the stealth stuff but this is what my excel sheet looks like. Basically, the 1st column is all the constant/generic info, the second column first row which is the green area censored out (column/row B2) is the name of person. So if my name is John Doe, that green area would say John Doe, and below it would be all of John Doe's info.
Instead of making new columns for different accounts/names, I create seperate sheets, it is much easier I believe. At the bottom you can see the sheet is censored but the title of the sheet is the account holders name. So the first sheet would be John Doe, the second sheet could possibly be John Doe's father, Bob Doe.
Also, the location is just that, for example, I put "Home" or if I am using ebay at school I will use "College".
