Ebay and PayPal have millions of accounts. I think it would take quite awhile for them to link any acccounts. Plus do you really think there doing Manuel reviews. I don't. I think they have software for that.

And you don't think that software can detect the same 4-5 accounts paying to the same one account regularly?? :mod:

If paypal wants to invesigate an account OR many accounts paypal will.

paypal will uses its resources including manuel review, jose review & what ever it WANTS to do. :argue:

I have a questtion though. I just opened an ebay and paypal stealth account and then add my real bank account to be able to withdraw money from the stealth paypal account into my real bank account , the stealth account already have been verified using a virtual bank account and a VCC. Do I have to also verify my real bank account attached before I can withdraw money into my bank?

Yes. You have to enter the deposits for all bank accts with that acct.

just for a test i recreated an account under my suspended name/address and listed 1 item. within 30min the account was suspended

What happens if PayPal does a review of the account and asks for bank statements?
If the bank account is registered under my name and the PayPal account is registered under my cousins name.
I did this because I already have a PayPal account registered under my name and I want the money to go to my bank account and not to my cousins bank account.

If I send them the bank statements won't they see my name and be able to link the PayPal accounts and eBay accounts because of this?

Their system can match name address details that's why a new account with already suspended name and address details is suspended quickly.

Was reading through here and thought I would post to verify the manual review theory.

I haven't lost a paypal account in over a year. We're talking several hundred thousand dollars taken in without a problem (over 60 accounts). I got hit with a manual review and got 4 accounts linked during a 55 minute timeframe. Lost one account, 20 minutes later, lost another, 10 minutes later lost another, and finally the last one a little less than an hour after the first.

I highly suspect there was someone at a desk doing this. If it was a robot, you would think it would be instantenous.
