Can eBay track the history of old accounts in phone appl

My accounts are suspended, and I am going to make new one.
I am wondering if eBay can chase the account history via the app in my phone, even i uninstall it and install it again?

Unless you clean the phone up and reset the settings, I have seen posts of people who have had issues. Dont use the eB app - few posts on cleaning the phone do exist with a search.

General recommendation is to not use the appl on any phone. Keep yourself as safe as you can.

If Aspkin ever updates the Ebay Stealth book hopefully he adds in there about the apps, too many wanting to use them with Stealth..
