Can eBay track the history of old accounts in phone appl

My accounts are suspended, and I am going to make new one.
I am wondering if eBay can chase the account history via the app in my phone, even i uninstall it and install it again?

Unless you clean the phone up and reset the settings, I have seen posts of people who have had issues. Dont use the eB app - few posts on cleaning the phone do exist with a search.

General recommendation is to not use the appl on any phone. Keep yourself as safe as you can.
