Shipping for Multiple Accounts
 

hi, first of all. Thank you for all the great advices posted in the forum. Have been reading them from time to time.

My questions is about shipping (or managing) for multiple accounts. I currently have only several stealth accounts running, but I already find it is hard to manage them. I need to mail most of my items internationally, and I find it is very time consuming to get the shipping information or answering questions with "only several" accounts. It is hard to imagine most of mentors/colleagues here running 20 or more accounts.

Reading from the past threads, I understand there are some sites can help with the shipping. But reading from it, I sensed that not many people are using it. If not, are there any smarter way to handle it?

The time consuming part is what a lot of us deal with.

Are your accounts all HK based?

Few services exist for USA that are popular but not sure if they work for HK.

You should try and find a system that works for you and perfect it.

Its all in the organisation and planning. If you read the forum alot of people comment how they handle their accounts. Sandy always mentions how she rotates and manages accounts. Perhaps have a read around to get ideas.

Shipping and managing differ.
To help keep track of your info on the stealth accounts may I suggest you use
these files. Both were created by users of this forum.

On the 1st file, there are enough columns left to add shipping info ( if needed).

As for actually tracking the items after purchase, the suitable choice will depend on your budget & volume being sent. Options should exist.

has anyone used something like shipstation. you can have all of your accounts dump the shipping info into ship station which is cloud based. Its pretty awesome.

Stamps works just fine. Just make sure that upon linking your ebay account to stamps, that it's under a different IP. After they're in there, it doesn't matter which IP you log into Stamps.com from. It's great.
