Help with Paypal US account

I tried to work around it myself with no success, maybe someone here have an answer for me.
I need US Paypal account to accept 'Paypal pro' payments in the US, the problem is that I'm from Israel and Paypal do not support 'Paypal pro' outside of US.
Do you know a way to have a valid Paypal business account in US without having citizenship or business in US?
Do not mind to pay for a solution if there is one. I have a Payoneer account (for withdraw) if it helps. Don't have a US phone number,address or credit card.

Hi,

firstly, you will need a US VPN/VPS service for getting a clean US IP (needed for any type of US PP account).
Secondly, if i'm right, payoneer doesn't work with US paypals anymore.

And lastly, you might want to research your local companies who specialize in off-shore business registrations and etc. -- They might be able to help you with creating an LLC in US too.
