how does ioffer get away allowing sales of counterfeit

How is it possible, they are located in USA! I understand they are not selling anything themselves, but they allow sales of counterfeit items, its illegal isn't it.

And they offer sales processing through STRIPE, i am so confused. How do they do that?

Prob the same way torrent sites get away .

Someone has to report that counterfeit in order for the site to take it down , no ones report it so it stays there.
