Thinking of designing an auction site "help"
 

Ok,

I am looking into build a niche auction website, not to profit however to expand my skill set and creativity "been wanting to for a while actually", if it does well great, if not I dont care as it is not a business focus.

So my questions are simple:

After reading the laws with the IRS if I start an auction community would I need to report sellers as well? What laws do I need to learn to launch an auction site? Auction site is free as well.

Niche industry in: Collectibles "not all or half, very well defined niche in collectibles".

I dont think you have to report sellers, its the sellers responsibility to report their income.

This is actually if you have your own payment system and then force all sellers to use it. Else you can't keep track of it.
