Where would be a good pl;ace to sell DVD besides eBay and Amazon???

You could always create your own site. Aspkin has a good book called webmaster blueprint that would show you how to create your own site.

Yes but then I will have to spend half a year on generation traffic.

I kinda want to hook myself to a a "working system" in the form of an online auction site or a Amazon format kind of site that has traffic and demand for DVD's.

Craigslist is very strick to list dvds now,maybe the dvds owner have warning them .Lots of sellers got banned when the sellers selling dvds there.So please be careful
