Newegg signing up issue

So I applied for new Newegg innJuly. And soon after an assistant manager of CE emailed me asking for more information for my business. At the time I was extremely busy and thought of giving her the information much later...So I didn't reply.

And days ago I wanted to give her the information and only found out in July she sent an email demanding for the information within 7 days or my current application would be automatically rejected and subsequent applications would also be automatically rejected.

This really sucks. I tried emailing her and she has never replied. Does anyone sell on Energy that can give me some advise? Based on her contact address she's located in China. This seems pretty strict to just sign up.

From what you've said, it sounds like the only option you have would be incorporating a new business and then trying to register again.

If you do, don't ignore the CS rep for 3 months when they tell you that you have 7 days to provide details about your business.

Also for what it's worth, a Chinese company owns the majority of Newegg but Newegg is headquartered in California. Are you sure the rep was in China?

This practice is normal. I have dealt with the same on multiple marketplaces, only I am responsible and actually complied. They don't want deadbeats.

Well the reps contact showing China address, phone number and her name is Chinese...I am thinking to even make a call to her...Is that too much?
