Anyone running stealth Shopify with Print on Demand?

I’m wanting to run a test Shopify store with a POD supplier (ie Printful) without harming my existing personal stores. Anyone else running something similar? I’m looking to make a single product store with a questionable item being sold.

Shopify is just an overpaid hosting company. Use woocommerce, no need to show them any docs.

I’ve never used them before. I guess I’d prefer Shopify since it’s easy to set up a simple profitable store, but if this other place isn’t asking for docs then I may just need to learn and see if that works for me.
