Default Authorize.net refunding

When doing refunds with authorize.net ebay does not immediate close the return when i process the refund. They leave it to the buyer to confirm that the refund was recieved. I have processeed the refund and it has been settled i have also uploaded refund details from authorize.net to ebay. The buyer has now opened a case saying they did not recieve the refund what can i do

I think you have to contact authorized.net first because sometimes they used to show that the transaction is refunded but in actual they are in just processing phase please contact them first

Contacting Auth.net will not do anything since Auth.net isn't affiliated with eBay in any way.

If you're still around OP, you would need to upload screenshots showing the buyer has been fully refunded in your merchant account. You'll win for sure.
