There are 2 reasons why I consider Paymate very useful but only for the following:

1. When the paypal account is limited.

And my main reason and valuable one is for....

***High-valued items $700+(instead of putting paypal at risk for getting limited, you accept Paymate)

Whenever you want to make a G or few overnight you choose Paymate! :D

Yeah the only problem is you can't get the money since they just hold on to all your payments and never reply to your emails :/

I'm thinking that so many people are going to Paymate, and they don't have the staff to handle it. I still haven't been approved, and haven't gotten email responses.

You know how customers are, they want their stuff NOW. Paymate can't possibly be good for return business, or DSRs.

I'm waiting for 3 weeks no deposit into bank account. I emailed and called them many times and haven't heard anything back. What should I do with this paymate?

Paymate is not considered merchant account. Merchant account involves sending in documentation of business registration +/- merchant processor - a bit of paperwork.

I got this email from paymate today after complaining about paymate processing wait times since its been 2-3 weeks now.

Dear Paymate Customer:

First, if you’ve received a note from Paymate requesting a signature page to be faxed back to us please do so as soon as possible. If you have not please let me know, and I’ll provide it to you right away. In the past couple of weeks our payment processor, Paymentech, has been holding our seller’s funds. We’ve been working with them diligently to get them to release those funds to you with little success. That said, if we can provide them with tracking information that shows that the items have been shipped and/or a confirmation from the buyer that they’ve received the goods we can work with them to release your payments. We’ve now cutover most accounts to a new processor to avoid a recurrence of this type of practice in the future. Thanks in advance for cooperation and understanding.

It's pending because Paymate is having problems with their processor. They cant do anything really. They are going to go with a new processor.

It's okay to do it if you have a receipt! Make sure you post a receipt/invoice with your product!
