CCNOW Closed my BRAND NEW account. So now Plimus is recommended?

Hello,
I created a CCNow account inorder to cashout my PP accounts. The first time I tried to make a "test" (since I'm new to this) I sent my self a $10 payment for webhosting monthly fees. The payment was declined and money was refunded back to me ( to my PP account). A day after that I noticed that the account was frozen, so I sent an Email to CCnow. Their response was the following :

"...CCNow risk management has closed your CCNow account and it willnot be allowed to reopen. We encourage you to locate analternate shopping cart service provider...."

So now I am planing to open a PLIMUS account, but I didn't found much threads in the forum talking about Plimus experiences.
I'm planing to transfer like 2k to 3k a week (From my PP accounts to Plimus). Is this safe? The money I'll cashout will be for invoices of WebHosting, web Graphic design...etc.

Also, I read on Plimus website that they're offering a prepaid debit card. I was wondering if someone here had used this card before, and if yes, is there any limit to cash out at ATM's?

I was wondering if plimus was any good too.
