Default Interested in CartManager

Hi Modee,

After I have signed up with Google Checkout and Cartmanager, do I need to fax in any documents to Ebay to have them integrated or just need to do what you instructed? Can you quote me the price for signing up with Cartmanager? Thank you.

Hatebay, to contact modee, you send a private message (pm). Go to his post, put your
cursor on the name, press enter and voila.... that is how you can contact anyone else
as well.

All you have to do with Google Checkout is log into the Google checkout account and email the buyer an invoice containing the exact amount that they owe. The buyer can then use the email invoice to pay with their credit/debit card. So just put a note in your listings letting the buyers know that you accept credit/debit cards as well as Pay Pal. I don't think you can accept Checks and Money Orders anymore. Ebay/PayPal has banned mail in payments as too risky; as if Pay Pal isn't the main reason for most of the money being lost by sellers.

But how many people will actually pay with Google Checkout? Seems people are brainwashed by Paypal b/c they think it's so "safe." And how do I keep people from automatically paying through paypal as soon as the listing is over?

1.)Wrong Thread and forum

2.)It is not a good idea to use a limited account(in your case it is only HALF limited)...Which means they can shut you down AT ANY time unannounced.

You have exactly 30 days before you PP account goes totally limited.
I did this experiment last month.

Please check out my thread on this topic.

Just need to verify that these steps are still valid?

Also, when using Google checkout, do you still have to worry about changing IP addresses, using separate user accounts, etc.?

im not sure about that part. As for cartmanager, it emails the buyer with a pay-now button and they follow the prompts from there. until you get an approved merchant account, paypal is a required payment method
