Major Problems with Moneybookers
 

Anyone else experiencing extreme difficulties with Moneybookers the last few days.
I called them earlier in the week and they finally changed me from 14 days settlement to four. WooHoo! I started selling and then all of a sudden I get an influx of emails from my customers saying Moneybookers credit card processing was down. Do you know how hard it is to get ebay customers to use any other service besides Paypal? Anywhoo, I called Moneybookers and got someone who really didn't speak english very well. From What I could decipher She told me their system was down, has been down and they have not date for when it will be back up and running. She suggested I use another service. Can you believe that?
I am beyond livid.
I don't want to use paypal for this account
AND
I don't understand fully how to integrate my merchant account into my auctiva account.

Anyone else having issues with their moneybookers account or can help guide me through sending auctiva invoices to my ebay customers for items already won.

Yep , Iv'e been having the same issues the last couple days I had 10 orders I had to cancel because of it but today someone just made a payment so it must be fixed now. Also you need to tell them to make sure the shipping and billing info match otherwise it won't go through.

I have buyers complained that they cannot pay through moneybookers with credit card. What is that!!!

Well it seems as though they have fixed the problem.
I sent my customers a brief email explaining the situation and they
seem to be fine with it. I love this account. With moneybookers now paying me every 4 days and 2 days processing, I am fully up and running. I have had a couple of minor issues with customers which paypal would have completely shut me down for previously...moneybookers...no problems. Hopefully, they will be the next up and coming to give paypal a run for its money.

Moneybookers has a different set of security measures it implements.
I had similar experiences and some of it has to do with the Bank that issued the Credit Card within the USA and elsewhere.

Moneybookers walks all over paypal, 1 moneybookers = 10 paypals.

Yeah, I like MoneyBookers. They have a lot of features and they seem to be improving....

I use both moneybookers and paymate for one account as the paypal account is closed. I sold 11 items that offer both moneybookers and paymate as options. None was paid.

Some said the ebay checkout continues to give error message. Some said Moneybookers sent a short message to their mobile which they never receive. Some get their credit card denied. Why the rate is so low in my case? Is there anything wrong?

They were having technical issues a while back, it's supposed to be fixed now.

yeah I had the same problem with paymate. I dont know why, but some of them will pay and some cant.
