I've started to use GC as a payment processor, but I encountered an upsetting situation.

I had a buyer today buy one of my online ebooks, sucessfully bought it, and immediately hit the "cancel order' button after he had downloaded the ebook.

I discovered that GC allows buyers to cancel their orders for up to 15 mins after the initial purchase opening up the possibility for unethical buyers cancelling their orders and still getting the product (online ebook)

So i got screwed out of my cash, and the guy still gets the ebook for free.

Does anyone know how to disable the option of "cancel order" in 15 mins on GC?

You can't disable the cancel order option. You need to protect your ebook with a product key, so if they get a refund you cancel the key. It also stops your ebook being distributed.

All you have to do is simply make it a Practice that when you send the customer the link to the Download you do it at least an Hour later so that they NO Longer have the option to Cancel thru Google Checkout.
