Cartmanager & GCO, PP

Ok, this I haven't found an answer to:

If you use cartmanager for all your ebay stuff,

1. Does Paypal still hold your funds for 21 days (if they normally would)

2. Does Google Checkout still hold your funds for 10 days (policy for new accounts)

does anyone have any experience with this?
