Does 2co call customers?
 

I read on their site that they call customers and make sure the transaction is legit.
Wondering if it is true.

Yes they do for the first one or 2 transactions, they call both buyers and sellers

Too bad. I wanted to use 2co as a way to withdraw from my stealth paypals but if this is true then i have to find another way.

too much hassle, US bank accounts are the best for that, in some countries with + you can withdraw to VCC

nothing for withdraw in euro vcc works anymore.

but you could look in to payoneer, for withdraw, high fees and not v stealth ie in most countries it is apply online and card comes to address. you could research it....

as for c2 calling 'customer', come on you are stealther, you can work that out , right..but agreed best for US, particularly if you get paid to paypal in other currencies, as exchange fees for paypal to USD and then c2 fees, plus exchange fee back to your own currency as it goes to bank, plus wire fee are really huge, you can easily lose 15% overall....and that does not even include paypals original receiving fee.

Ireland isn't one of the European/Near Eastern/Middle Eastern/South Asian/Far Eastern/South American countries that support card withdrawals anyway.

I've been using 2checkout for more than 2 years and so far I didn't notice they call buyers. I use non tangible downloadable items but their rules may be different for some high risk items.
